Plagiarism Policy

Authors are expected to ensure the originality of their content when preparing a manuscript draft. If the work and/or words of others have been used, they must be appropriately cited or quoted.

All articles submitted to the International Journal of Current Research and Innovations in Pharma Sciences (IJCRIPS) will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin, an online plagiarism detection software.

If plagiarism is detected during the review/editorial process, the manuscript(s) will be immediately rejected. If plagiarism is proven after publication, the manuscript(s) will be retracted from the journal, and an appropriate announcement will be made.

Depending on the severity of the case, we may take further action against the authors. This could include:

  • Barring the authors from future publication in the journal.
  • Notifying the authors' funding agencies and the institutions where they work.
  • Informing the original authors whose work has been plagiarized.

In dealing with plagiarism complaints, we will also consider the COPE flow charts. For more information, please refer to the following links:

We take plagiarism very seriously and are committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.
